Objects
The
Feedbackbass is a modified E-bass guitar. It is played with two monitors,
which are connected to an amplifier, that is also connected to the BassGuitarDevice.Microscopies
Microscopies is a collection of miniture slide-photos presented
on microscope slipes. The slide-photos can only be
watched proper through a microscope. The motives of the
pictures are special arrangements out of everyday items.
They imitate microscopic life forms. It is a game with physical
size. While looking at the pictures you may get the feeling
that you see a hidden world, but which is also quite familiar.
TVlab
Three different posters structured like commercials pretend to promote
innovative TV screens. While the graphical concept adapts characteristics
from TV (like the black bar and the font), the products are more abstract
to this media. The designs of the three different sets reflect the background
of the on TV displayed informations and topics. The normal function "watching"
is reduced to a colourful by-product.
Unseen
Often i find myself staring at inventory items of the galery unable
to define them as appendant of an exhibition or not. So I exhibit art
objects, which are slightly modified inventory items to puzzle audience
in the context of artspaces. These objects rather draw attention by
whispering then shouting out loud - to make you puzzle: "Is this
an artwork".
The
Vegetable Sythesizer transferes resistance from vegetables into sound.
By moving the folks you can pitch the sound.
